With a strong academic foundation—holding both a B.Tech and an M.Plan—he brings technical expertise, strategic planning skills, and practical on-site experience to every assignment. His work spans residential, commercial, hospitality and industrial developments, where he is known for his commitment to quality, efficiency, and innovative project solutions. With over 10 years of intensive experience in the real estate and construction domain,
Malav's expertise lies in successfully executing a diverse portfolio of projects. His
hands-on experience spans complex undertakings, from specialized Industrial Sheds and
commercial offices to meticulously designed restaurants, demonstrating a versatile approach
to construction management.
A strong foundation in the field, rooted in his degree in Construction Management from
NICMAR, ensures that every project at VEA Infracon adheres to the highest standards of
quality, efficiency, and structural integrity. Under his leadership, VEA Infracon is
dedicated to transforming blueprints into landmark realities.

Nisarg Vyas’ career has been a journey of growth, innovation, and purpose. With a background
in Electronics and Communications engineering and an MBA from IIM Rohtak, he spent nearly a
decade in the manufacturing sector, culminating in his role as Chief Operating Officer at
SKAPS Industries.
During his tenure, he was instrumental in driving operational excellence and strategic
initiatives across 8 plants and a workforce of over 1,000. His experience leading diverse
functions—from operations and HR to business development—gave him a deep understanding of
what it takes to build a successful, sustainable business.
His unswerving commitment to embracing new technologies for process enhancement and his
ability to be an attentive listener and skillful communicator were pivotal in forging strong
partnerships and fostering collaboration. He has now channeled that passion and expertise
into the construction industry, where he is dedicated to building lasting value through
